Standard Use

Take 1 capsule of Cascara Compound Capsules, and 2 capsules of Psyllium Husk Capsules, 3 times a day, if possible with meals. Take one capsule of Bio Multi-flora once a day at any time.

If desired, extra Cascara Compound Capsules can be taken, up to 3 or 4 with each meal. You will probably only want to do this, if at all, for a small number of weeks.

Many naturopaths think that it is healthiest and most natural to have as many bowel movements a day as meals eaten ~ 2-3 for most people. This is a useful pattern to bear in mind. If you do take extra Cascara Compound, YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE SOME EXTRA to complete the programme.

This is an excellent one month programme, targeted directly at the colon. However, for maximum benefit, carry out the full three month programme ~ by ordering the three month programme you will save 10% on the price of the 1 month programme x 3.

Having finished the three month programme, we recommend you continue with just the Cascara Compound for a further 3-6 months or possibly longer.
