Hi I'm looking for help and advice. Just got my new Premium 930 Soymilk maker and it's great. I'm new to making my own soy milk and have come up against a problem.
I always have my instant coffee 2/3 boiling water 1/3 warm/hot soy milk and have used commercial unsweetened soy milk for some time with no problem. With my home made unsweetened soy milk it curdles as soon as added. I have tried different strengths of soy from one cup dry beans to two (I always soak the beans overnight) - still the same. Does anyone out there have any idea what I'm doing wrong or what I need to add or change to prevent this? I would appreciate any adivce.
