I have had my Champion Juicer for over 15 years and it is still going strong. I use it everyday and would not be without it. It is used for juicing as well as breaking down seeds and fruit for making pies, cakes etc in the raw food lifestyle.

Good quality (tofu) kit, fantastic results in no time flat, and is wonderfully easy to clean up. I had pictured it as being a bit larger, but a single batch will make roughly enough firm tofu for 2-3 people, so it's just fine for couples.
The supplied coagulant works well, if you're used to epsom salt, you need to leave it a bit longer. The supplied instructions assume you're making your own soy milk, you can easily substitute store-bought soy milk with no additives.

I have used a Samap mill every few days since 1983, to make bread for the family from local wheat. The flavour is outstandingly good and the mill is highly reliable. The only maintenance was ten years ago, when I sent the stones back to be re-ground.

Emcur is a wonderful product. I highly recommend it. I use the nasal douche and salts for relief of my sinus headaches and I use the nasal spray whenever I feel sneezy.

I have had this (Champion) juicer for 3 ys. It is used every day. I find it easy to assemble and disassemble and easy to clean. It juices very quick and efficiently. There are two down points
1) It can leak juice beween the motor and juicer
2) finding an ideal container to catch the juice needs a bit of searching.
Overall excellent.
NOTE FROM WHOLISTIC - the ideal juice collection container for the Champion is a 1 litre Pyrex glass measuring jug (not the 1/2 litre Pyrex jug, which is too tall). With the 1 litre Pyrex jug you can make lots of juice non-stop, and the glass jug is wide enough to catch any drops of juice that might escape through the friction seals.
UPDATE 2010 - Now every new Champion 2000+ Juicer comes with a 1 litre juice collection jug and an O-ring gasket to make a tighter seal between the motor face and the juicing body to prevent leakage.
