ECOtankas look great, while at the same time offering one of the most hygienic surfaces available. Stainless steel is very easy to clean and its unique surface has no pores or cracks to harbour dirt, grime or bacteria, so your bottle stays completely clean and safe year upon year.
ECOtankas are ultra-light and durable, they are not lined with any material and they do not break down or leach in any way. All bottles and lids are non-leaching, non-toxic and 100% BPA free!

All ECOtankas are made from high quality food-grade solid 304 stainless steel and have a 1-year warranty against faulty manufacture. They come in an attractive green box fully printed with the ECOtanka name and logo. Additional lids or replacement lids are available and all lids fit all ECOtanka bottles and are interchangeable. Insulating covers are also available in a range of colours.
TEENY ECOTANKAS are designed mainly for toddlers and are available with an adaptor lid (for fitting an Avent "Easy-Sip" toddler spout) plus a Pack of 2 Avent Toddler Sippy Spouts (for 12 months+). The Teeny Tankas hold a volume of 350mls (one large glass) and are ultra light and compact, measuring approximately 125mm from the bottom to the top of the stainless steel area. They weigh 103g or 3.5oz without the lid.
The Teeny ECOtanka is available with a choice of three lids: a stainless steel loop lid (A), a sports cap lid (B) or an adaptor lid (C) which comes with 2 green sippy spouts.

A) The stainless steel loop lid is made from solid 304 stainless steel and comes with a handy carabiner (crab clip) so you can quickly attach the bottle to a bag, backpack, pushchair or belt. Liquids stored in an ECOtanka with a st/st loop lid only come in contact with stainless steel.
B) The plastic sports cap lid is made from polypropylene and is non-leaching. It has a pull-up opening so the lid does not have to be removed for drinking. When pushed back down, the cap seals the opening and should not leak.
C) The plastic adaptor lid is made from polypropylene and is non-leaching. The spouts are 100% BPA free, safe and non-leaching. With a sippy spout attached you can drink without removing the lid, but it cannot be sealed shut. So keep the bottle upright to prevent spillage.
To care for your bottle and lid, wash them regularly in warm soapy water. Dishwashers are not recommended. Do not freeze. White vinegar can be rubbed over the outside of the bottle to remove any fingerprints.
