The SoyQuick Premier's unique filterless cup is a breeze to clean compared to the mesh filter cups used with other soyamilk makers, and it doesn't limit the quantity of ingredients that can be used. For instance, the SoyQuick Premier allows you to use double the amount of beans if you want a really creamy soya milk. You are not limited by the size of the cup. Ingredients are simply placed in the bottom of the stainless steel jug, the motor top with cup fitted is placed on  the jug, and when the machine is switched on the ingredients are drawn in, processed and circulated out through the large holes in the cup.

The SoyQuick Premier Milk Maker makes a wide variety of plant milks, and all its milk-making programs heat the milk. It is important that bean milks are heated to make them easier to digest. If your main interest is making raw milks, then please consider the SoyQuick SDZ soyamilk maker which gives you the option of making either heated or unheated (raw) milk.

Directions for making milk in the SoyQuick Premier 930P:

1.  Fill jug with water up to the maximum water fill level.

2.  Add ingredients directly into the bottom of the jug. Ensure that grinding cover is attached to the machine head.

3.  Position machine head onto the jug with contact power switch resting on the rim. Do not position the contact power switch inside the jug or in the pour spout area.

4.  Position machine in a safe area and attach power cord (Appliance will beep and power indicator light will activate).

5.  Press only the desired programme button (either SOYAMILK, MULTIGRAIN or MUNG). The appliance will automatically start. The cycle takes 16-19 minutes to complete depending on starting water level and temperature. (Multiple audio beeps and a flashing power light indicate the cycle is complete).

6.  After the milk-making cycle is complete, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet first, then from machine head. Remove machine head from jug.

7.  Strain milk into the transfer container using the provided strainer.

8.  ENJOY!

"I absolutely LOVE the new SoyQuick Premier Milk Maker 930P! It has no messy filter to clean, for one thing. So making 2 or 3 batches in a row is a cinch with this machine. (This makes it easier to make your own tofu, as well.) And, due to a new design, you can use a larger amount of soybeans without scorching the milk, making ultra-creamy soymilk!

The new, expanded manual also contains many new recipes using a variety of beans and whole grains. This gives you lots of scope for dealing with food allergies, and for adding more nutrition to your diet.

Even with the rising price of beans and grains, and using organic products, I figured that I save at least $1.50 a qt./L when I make my own soymilk, AND I don't have to deal with cartons. This paid for my machine many times over! You can also adjust the taste, using salt and your favorite sweetener, to suit yourself. The milk is delicious for drinking, in beverages, on cereals, in cooking, and even making vegan ice cream.
