Previously known as Teflex Sheets, ParaFlexx Sheets are flexible non-stick fibreglass sheets developed by the manufacturer of the Excalibur Dehydrator. They are washable, re-useable and microporous so allowing drying from the bottom as well as the top.

Perfect for drying wet items such as pureed fruits, and treats like yoghurt coated fruits and nuts. Ideal for making sheets of fruit leather, roll ups, flax crackers, sprout breads, and for drying herbs, leftover pates, lasagnas, etc. Easy to wipe clean, reusable for years. Unlike baking parchment, nothing sticks to a Paraflexx Sheet!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN EXCALIBUR DEHYDRATORS to obtain maximum benefits and versatility from your Excalibur dehydrator. One sheet per tray is recommended.

Paraflexx Premium Non-Stick Sheets come in two sizes:

28 x 28 cm (11 x 11 inches) - recommended for the 4-Tray Excalibur Dehydrator

35 x 35 cm (14 x 14 inches) - recommended for the 5- and 9-Tray Excalibur Dehydrators

NOTE: Paraflexx Sheets are not recommended for round dehydrators like the Stocklis, even if cut down to allow air flow around the sheets, because they may reduce the air flow too much. Blocking the airflow through any dehydrator can cause damage through overheating.
