You set the alarm in the usual way and in the morning, and 15 to 90 minutes before the set time, the lamp begins to glow faintly, gradually increasing in intensity. When it reaches full brightness a normal alarm sounds, but you can prevent this sounding if you wish.

Like the Lumie BodyClock Sunray and Classic you set the alarm in the usual way, but the Advanced lets you choose a sunrise that starts from 15 to 90 minutes before the set time. The lamp gradually lights up the room like a natural sunrise.

Those who wake quickly when it gets light will probably prefer a shorter sunrise, while those who take longer to fully wake up might prefer a longer sunrise. With the Advanced you can adjust the clock to find the perfect sunrise length to suit you.

The Lumie Bodyclock Advanced also simulates sunset. This modern, low-profile design is digital, programmable and can be used as a dimmable bedside light.

Perfect for those who get winter blues, suffer from S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) or who simply find it more difficult to wake up on dark mornings.

The Bodyclock is very effective in regulating your sleep/wake pattern and getting your circadian rhythm back in sync.
