Dr Norman Walker
Dr Norman Walker is recognised throughout the world as one of the most authoritative students of life, health and nutrition. For almost 70 years he researched man's ability to live a longer, healthier life, and he lived to the impressive age of almost 100. He was his own perfect example of how to achieve vibrant health through proper thought, diet and body care. Modern day nutritionists and medical researchers are just now discovering the truths, which Dr Walker knew and expounded throughout the twentieth century.
Dr Walker's contributions to our living longer, healthier lives began before the turn of the century in London, where as a young man he became seriously ill. Unable to accept the idea of ill health or a sick body, he cured himself. He spent the rest of his life researching man's ability to extend life and achieve freedom from disease.
In 1910, Dr Walker moved to America and established the Norwalk Laboratory of Nutritional Chemistry and Scientific Research, and thus began his studies to discover how to live a longer, more active life. Among his greatest contributions was the discovery of the therapeutic value of fresh vegetable juices. We highly recommend all of his books.
