You won’t find many nutritional supplements on our website. We believe that most are ineffective, overkill, or a waste of money. The only ones worth consideration are those based on whole food sources. Common synthetic-based supplements are rejected by the liver as “non-food” and often pass through your body either undigested or poorly absorbed. It has been said that the sewers are full of undigested tablets. It is far better to eat whole foods that contain a range of the 7 essential classes of nutrients that your body needs to thrive on - vitamins, macro minerals, trace minerals, enzymes, amino-acids, phytonutrients and essential fatty acids. So while you won’t find a huge range of supplements on our website, we do offer two that are based on nutrient-dense whole foods to help fill in gaps created by a gradual reduction in the nutrient density of today's foods, and the fact that many of us eat foods that are void of nutrients. When you give your body a whole food-based supplement, your body recognises it as food, and responds accordingly by absorbing and using these vital nutrients so you can experience a better quality of life.
