Delivery Information
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday to Friday, subject to stock. (Goods are in stock more than 99% of the time.) If there will be a delay of more than a week we will let you know. Orders received by midday are usually despatched the same day. Orders over £40 are usually sent by courier for next day delivery to most
IF YOU NEED YOUR PARCEL NEXT DAY TELL US! If your order doesn't already qualify for next day courier delivery, we'll give you options for next day delivery where possible, even Saturday delivery. We are committed to giving you a personal service.
Please Note: There must be someone at the delivery address to sign for and receive parcels. If you know you will not be present to receive a parcel, please give us an alternative delivery address or clear instructions where the parcel can be left in a safe place (e.g. with a neighbour, in an enclosed porch, unlocked shed or garage, etc - if safe). It is frustrating and time consuming for us both if you want to change the delivery address after the parcel has been sent.

Through this latest innovation DPD is able to ensure THE BEST POSSIBLE FIRST TIME DELIVERY SUCCESS, which saves everyone time and wasted journeys. This is better for you, DPD and the planet. For this service you'll need to provide us with your email address or mobile phone number. We will ask DPD to send you the One Hour Delivery Window notification by email unless you tell us you would prefer to receive it by text message. The notification will be sent to you by the morning your delivery is due, so please check your emails the morning after you place your order (for orders over £40).
*The 5-tray and 9-tray Excalibur Dehydrators are usually drop-shipped by another supplier who may not use DPD to courier them. If it is important for you to have the one hour delivery window notification, please contact us to check whether your delivery will be via DPD or not.

Delivery is usually from one to three business days Monday to Friday, but please allow up to 14 days for smaller orders in case a parcel is temporarily misrouted by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 28 days when goods are not in stock. If you have not received a small parcel within 14 days please check with your local post office to see if they are holding it for you before calling us. Royal Mail should leave you a card telling you they are holding your parcel. If you have not received a large or high value parcel, or a card from our courier within 3 days, then please check the tracking online and contact our courier. Most small orders (e.g. a book, an enema kit, or a shower filter) are usually sent via Royal Mail. If you need your order urgently we can send small orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by next-day courier for a higher delivery charge - from £4.95 to £7.50 for next business day delivery. Please contact us so we can work out the most convenient and cost effective solution for you.
Large and high value orders (e.g. a juicer, water distiller, rebounder or Pulsor) are usually sent by courier via DPD (formerly known as Parceline) for next business day delivery, and can be tracked online at www.dpd.co.uk You can telephone DPD on 08459 300100. Contact us for your parcel's consignment number if you would like to track your parcel online or by telephone.
If you give us your email address when you order you will receive an automated email from DPD with your consignment number, tracking details and the option to choose an alternative delivery day (weekdays only).
Large orders sent by standard Next Day courier service will usually be delivered by DPD anytime between about 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday. DPD is now offering a new service aimed at providing you with a probable 1 hour time slot for delivery so that you will not have to wait in all day for delivery.
Delivery with DPD at other times, as follows, can be arranged by request for a higher carriage charge. It is not possible to choose an afternoon delivery.

If you would like to have your parcel delivered in one of these ways, when you are checking out please leave a message in the 'Comments/requirements' box on your order form telling us which alternative method you would like to have your parcel delivered by. We will adjust the carriage total before processing your order.
NEWS REGARDING POSTAL STRIKES AND DELAYS AT BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR.
If and when postal strikes occur here in the UK, and during busy periods like Christmas, orders under £40 that are sent by post may be delayed. Even after a strike ends, parcels may be caught up in the inevitable backlog of post for a while. However, on request we can send any parcel by courier for £7.50 P&P to mainland UK addresses. So if you want an order under £40 to be delivered quickly please add a message in the 'Comments/requirements' box of your order agreeing to pay £7.50 for next day delivery. We will then despatch it with our courier instead of in the post and you should receive it the following day*.
Orders over £40 to mainland UK addresses will automatically be sent by courier for next day* delivery without delay, subject to stock and weather conditions.

DELIVERY TO AREAS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK (including exceptions*):
SMALL PARCELS weighing up to 2 kg. The delivery charge for small parcels sent by Royal Mail will depend on the size, weight and value of the parcel (i.e. whether or not it is insured), unless otherwise noted. Please contact us for a quote, or to work out if your order will be classified as a small or large parcel. As a guideline to the following areas, the delivery charges are:
*Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland: Order value dependent as per Mainland UK above - £2.50, £4.50, £7.50 or FREE
Europe, including Republic of Ireland: from £6.95 to £18.95
Rest of the World: from £12.95 to £28.95
LARGE PARCELS weighing from 2 to 25 kg can contain multiple products. The prices of large parcels are as follows:

*Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland pay from £7.50 to £22.95 maximum for large parcels, depending on the weight of the parcel and whether the large parcel is sent by Royal Mail as a Standard Parcel or by other courier. Delivery usually takes from 2 to 5 business days. (Note: Small parcels to these areas are sent as per the standard mainland UK delivery charges above)

Southern Ireland pays £19.95 maximum for large parcels. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days.

France (including Monaco), Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands pay £19.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 2 business days.

Austria and Denmark pay £24.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Italy (including Sicily), Spain (including Balearic Islands at 5 to 7 days), Czech Republic and Slovakia pay £29.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Slovenia pay £39.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days.

Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania pay £52.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein pay £59.95 maximum per large parcel, which includes a £25 non-EU customs clearance charge. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days.

Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Norway and Iceland pay £79.95 maximum per large parcel, which includes a £25 non-EU customs clearance charge. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days.
If you order multiple items we will pack as many products together as possible to keep the number of parcels, and therefore your delivery charges as low as possible.
