Delivery Information
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday to Friday, subject to stock. (Goods are in stock more than 99% of the time.) If there will be a delay of more than a week we will let you know. Orders received by midday are usually despatched the same day.

Delivery is usually from one to three business days Monday to Friday, but please allow up to 14 days for smaller orders in case a parcel is temporarily misrouted by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 28 days when goods are not in stock. If you have not received a small parcel within 14 days please check with your local post office to see if they are holding it for you before calling us. Royal Mail should leave you a card telling you they are holding your parcel. If you have not received a large or high value parcel, or a card from our courier within 3 days, then please check the tracking online and contact our courier. Most small orders (e.g. a book, an enema kit, or a shower filter) are sent via Royal Mail. If you need your order urgently we can send small orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier for a higher delivery charge - from £4.95 to £6.95 for next business day delivery. Please contact us so we can work out the most convenient and cost effective solution for you.
Large and high value orders (e.g. a juicer, water distiller, rebounder or Pulsor) are sent by courier via DPD (formerly known as Parceline) for next business day delivery, and can be tracked online at www.dpd.co.uk

Large orders delivered by DPD will be delivered anytime between about 8 AM to 6 PM.

NEWS REGARDING POSTAL STRIKES AND DELAYS AT BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR. If and when postal strikes occur here in the UK, and during busy periods like Christmas, orders under £40 (which are sent by post) may be delayed. Even after a strike ends parcels may be caught up in the inevitable backlog of post for a while. Orders over £40 to mainland UK addresses will automatically be sent by courier for next day* delivery without delay, subject to stock. If you need a small order urgently during a strike, or at any time, we can send it with our courier for £6.95 P&P to mainland UK addresses. So if you want an order under £40 to be delivered quickly please add a message in the 'Comments' box of your order agreeing to pay £6.95 for next day delivery. We will then despatch it with our courier instead of in the post and you should receive it the following day*.

DELIVERY TO OTHER AREAS:
Small parcels weigh up to 2 kg. The delivery charge for small parcels sent by Royal Mail will depend on the size and weight of the parcel. Please contact us for a quote, or to work out if your order will be classified as a small or large parcel.
Large parcels weigh from 2 to 30 kg and can contain multiple products. The prices of large parcels are as follows:

Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland pay from £6.95-£23.95 maximum for large parcels, depending on the weight of the parcel. Small parcels are sent by Royal Mail at the mainland UK prices. Delivery usually takes from 2 to 5 business days.

Southern Ireland pays £17.95 maximum for large parcels. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days.

France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands pay £25.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 2 business days.

Austria and Denmark pay £28.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Italy, mainland Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia pay £30.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Slovenia pay £38.95 maximum per large parcel. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days.

Switzerland pay £69.95 maximum per large parcel, which includes a £25 surcharge for being a non-EU country. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days.

Croatia and Norway pay £71.95 maximum per large parcel, which includes a £25 surcharge for being a non-EU country. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days.
If you order multiple items we will pack as many products together as possible to keep the number of parcels, and therefore your delivery charges as low as possible.
