Wholistic's Price Match Promise
If you find the same item you want to buy or you've just bought from us, selling for less at another mainstream UK outlet (i.e. excluding membership clubs, market stalls, duty free shops) we will match the price or refund the difference!
Claims for a refund can be made within a reasonable period - we consider this to be within 28 days of purchase. Claims will need to include the name of the outlet, date and price details as well as your own details and invoice number please.
How to Place an Order
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy to your ‘Shopping Cart’. You can check what is in your shopping cart and make adjustments at any time. After you have finished making your selections, click on ‘Checkout’ and you’ll be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. There is a place on the order form for you to leave a note regarding any special delivery or other requirements.
We accept credit or debit card payments by Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and JCB cards. Visa Electron is not accepted if it is a swipe only card. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place you order, which will be displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency based on the exchange rate, adjusted to include their fees. If an item is temporarily out of stock it will be considered to be backordered and it will be despatched as soon as new stock is available. Backordered items are usually not charged for until they are ready to ship. There may be an exception to this rule if one out of stock item is part of a larger order, in which case it will be listed on your invoice as ‘to follow’. This will avoid the necessity for any further administration fees or delivery charges. If you do not want any goods to be on back order please notify us at the time of ordering.
You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order if you supply us with your correct email address. When you receive a confirmation of order this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. This term is included to protect us in case we are no longer able to supply a particular product or a change has been made in pricing. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you fax or post your order to us using your credit or debit card, please include your credit card number (the long number across the middle of the card), the expiry date, valid from date or issue number, and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card (found on the signature strip following 4 digits the same as the last 4 digits of your credit card number).
Delivery Prices
We can deliver goods to addresses within the UK and to addresses worldwide, with very few exceptions. As you go through the checkout process, mainland UK delivery charges will be shown on your order before you make your final purchase as follows:

Any special delivery requirements must be notified to us at the time of placing an order. We are able to deliver by 10 AM next day, by noon next day or on Saturday but there is an additional charge for these services:
· by 10:00 am next day £17.95
· by noon next day £ 9.95
· on Saturday £25.95
If you want delivery to an offshore address, we will contact you to give you the delivery charge and we will wait for your acceptance before processing and sending your order. If you would like to avoid this delay, then please leave a message with your order to say that you accept the higher delivery charge for your order, as detailed below.
Delivery Times
Orders received by midday, sometimes later, are normally despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Most goods are usually in stock, but we will notify you if your goods will be out of stock for more than a week.
UK mainland orders are despatched by next day courier or post and usually take 1 to 5 business days. These times are to be treated as an estimate only. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by anything beyond our reasonable control. Please allow up to 14 days for lightweight orders sent by post, and check to see if your parcel is being held at your local post office before contacting us.
Delivery to mainland Europe usually takes 2 to 5 days, and the rest of the world up to 10 to 14 days.
For courier delivered parcels please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order, as parcels will not be left without a signature, unless other arrangements have been made with us. It may be more convenient for you to receive your parcel at a work or business address, or to have it delivered to a neighbour’s, friend’s or family member’s address. Please request this at the time of ordering. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery for courier delivered items, the courier will leave a contact card. They will re-attempt delivery the next business day. After these two delivery attempts the package will be held at your local depot for only a day or two before being returned to us. We will contact you to see if you still wish to receive your order. We reserve the right to make a further delivery charge if you want us to re-despatch goods that have been returned to us because you were not available to receive them.
If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and a card has not been left by the courier or postman, please contact us.
Damaged goods
If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged please notify our office immediately and retain the damaged packaging. Some couriers need notification within 24 hours for us to be able to make a claim and they may need to inspect the damage in person.
Returns policy
To help us to process all returns as quickly and efficiently as possible please ensure that you comply with the guidelines below:
Customers have the right to a cooling off period in which they can change their minds. However, customers exercising this right may only return the goods if they are returned in their original condition, i.e. UN-USED, in the original packaging with all user information, and only if returned within a limited time.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Aloe Vera Plants
- Emcur Nasal Sprays
- Emcur Nasal Douche or Powerbreathe where the packaging has been opened.
- Enema/Douche equipment
- Products with opened safety seals like Nasaleze, Wheatgrass Powder, Clay and Herbs.
1. Please return the goods within 7 working days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed with Wholistic Research Co) un-used and in original packaging with manufacturer’s instructions and paperwork. Distance selling regulations say that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop, for example you might be allowed to switch on a juicer to listen to it, but you would not be allowed to make juice in it.
2. Please include your name, address, invoice number (or copy of invoice) and the reason you are returning the item.
3. Goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. Note: make sure the plug on any electrical item is packed in sufficient wrapping so that it cannot scratch, dent or break the equipment in transit. Please also be aware that on high value items you may be required to take additional insurance through your carrier, as most standard in transit insurance is only about £12.00 per kilo.
4. Please note that postage and packaging is not refundable other than through a Wholistic Research Company error.
Faulty goods
1. If you believe your goods may be faulty please telephone us to discuss this with one of our staff members before returning the goods. Experience has shown us that we are often able to advise and resolve problems you may experience over the telephone, thereby saving you the trouble of repacking and returning an item unnecessarily. If we cannot resolve the problem over the telephone then we will agree to a return. Please package goods as per 3 above.
2. You can either return the goods yourself or ask us to arrange a collection of the goods. The least expensive way to return parcels from 1.5 to 20 kgs is usually via Standard Parcel Post for about £5 to £13. Our return collection charge from mainland UK addresses is £15.95.
3. Authorised returns of faulty goods should be accompanied by information as in number 2 above and a letter explaining fully the reasons you think the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty they will be repaired, replaced or refunded. If the goods are found to not be faulty then we will have to charge for the time spent testing the equipment and also for any collection charge at £15.95 (mainland UK only) or return delivery charges at our standard delivery rates.
4. We endeavour to make our instructions as clear as possible and would welcome any suggestions you have to make them even easier.

Offshore UK addresses include Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Lightweight parcels under 2kgs will be sent to these addresses in the post at the above Mainland UK charges. Heavier parcels will be sent either by Standard Parcel Post for delivery in 2 to 5 days, or with a courier for delivery in 2 days, whichever is cheaper. However if we are notified that the order is urgent we will send your order according to which method is fastest. The maximum delivery charge to these areas is £16.95.
We can deliver to the following European countries at the prices shown below per large parcel. These prices represent the maximum charge for parcels over 2kg. If your order is for a lighter-weight item, then the delivery charge will be less. If your country is not listed, or you live outside of Europe, please contact us for a quote for a specific order.

£18.95 to France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Netherlands – 2 to 3 days.
