Wholistic's Price Match Promise
If you find the same item you want to buy or you've just bought from us, selling for less at another mainstream UK outlet (i.e. excluding membership clubs, market stalls, duty free shops) we will match the price or refund the difference!
Claims for a refund can be made within a reasonable period - we consider this to be within 28 days of purchase. Claims will need to include the name of the outlet, date and price details as well as your own details and invoice number please.
How to Place an Order
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy to your ‘Shopping Cart’. You can check what is in your shopping cart and make adjustments at any time. After you have finished making your selections, click on ‘Checkout’ and you’ll be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. There is a place on the order form for you to leave a note regarding any special delivery or other requirements.
We accept credit or debit card payments by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and JCB cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK your order will be displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and you will be charged in British Pounds. Your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency based on the current exchange rate, and they may add their own fee. If an item is temporarily out of stock it will automatically be considered as backordered and it will be despatched as soon as new stock is available. Backordered items are usually not charged for until they are ready to ship, unless an out of stock item forms part of a larger order that can be shipped immediately, in which case it will be listed on your invoice as ‘to follow’. This will avoid the necessity of further administration or delivery charges. If you do not want any goods to be placed on back order please notify us when placing your order.
You will receive an automated confirmation of your order if you supply us with your correct email address. When you receive a confirmation of order this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. This term is included to protect us in case we are no longer able to supply a particular product or a change has been made in pricing. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is still acceptable.

If you fax or post your order to us using your credit or debit card, please include your credit card number (the long number across the middle of the card), the expiry date, valid from date or issue number (if applicable), and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card (found on the signature strip following the same 4 digits at the end of your credit card number).
Delivery
We can deliver goods to addresses within the UK and to addresses worldwide, with very few exceptions. As you go through the checkout process, mainland UK delivery charges will be shown on your order before you make your final purchase. To see our delivery prices please click on "Delivery Information" on the green bar at the top of this page. Delivery prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). If ordering from outside the mainland UK you can prevent delays by noting the maximum delivery charge to your area and then adding a message in the 'Comments/requirements' box on the order form saying,
"Maximum (amount of charge) GBP for delivery to (your area or country) accepted."
For example, "Maximum 20.95 GBP for delivery to Denmark accepted". In this way we will be able to adjust your order total and process it without any delay.
The delivery prices shown for areas outside mainland UK are for parcels between 2 to 30 kg. If the parcel is lighter than 2 kg, then the delivery charge is likely to be considerably less than the maximum charge shown. We will only charge according to the actual P&P cost and we will not charge more per parcel than the maximum delivery amount shown in "Delivery Information". Note: if you are ordering more than one item, we will usually pack all items in one parcel (unless impossible due to size or weight) to keep your delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery Times
Orders received by midday, sometimes later, are normally despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Most goods are usually in stock, but we will notify you if your goods will be out of stock for more than a week. When stock is available your order will normally be despatched within 24 hours (weekdays).
UK mainland orders are despatched by courier or post and usually take 1 to 5 business days. These times are to be treated as an estimate only. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by anything beyond our reasonable control.
If you have not received a parcel that is likely to be over 2kg (e.g. a juicer, water distiller, soyamilk maker, rebounder, etc and therefore sent by courier) within 3-5 days, please contact us so we can chase it up with our courier before they return your parcel to us.
Please allow up to 14 days for lightweight orders under 2kg that have been sent by post, and check to see if your parcel is being held at your local post office depot before contacting us. If your parcel is not there, please make note of the postal worker's name, the time of your visit and the contact telephone number of your local postal depot.
Delivery to mainland Europe usually takes 2 to 5 days, and the rest of the world up to 10 to 14 days.
Any special delivery requirements must be notified to us at the time of placing an order. For special delivery or courier delivered parcels please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order, as parcels will not be left without a signature, unless other arrangements have been made with us. It may be more convenient for you to receive your parcel at a work or business address, or to have it delivered to a neighbour’s, friend’s or family member’s address. Please request this at the time of ordering. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery for courier delivered items, the courier will leave a contact card. You should contact the courier as soon as possible to rearrange a delivery day that suits you. They will usually re-attempt delivery the next business day if you do not contact them. After these two delivery attempts your parcel will be held at your local depot for only a day or two before being returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us uncalled for, we will contact you to see if you still wish to receive your order.
We reserve the right to make a further delivery charge if you want us to re-despatch goods that have been returned to us undelivered because you were not available to receive them, or because you gave us an incomplete or wrong address.
If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and a card has not been left by the courier or postman, please contact us.
Damaged goods
If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged please notify our office immediately and retain the damaged packaging. Some couriers need notification within 24 hours of delivery (weekdays) for us to be able to make a claim for damages and they may need to inspect the damage to both the item and the packaging. It is very helpful if you can email photographic evidence to us at info@wholisticresearch.com
Returns policy
To help us to process all returns as quickly and efficiently as possible, please ensure that you comply with these guidelines as follows:
Customers have the right to a cooling off period in which they can change their minds. However, customers exercising this right may only return the goods if the goods are returned within a limited time, in their original condition, i.e. in the original packaging with all user information, and UN-USED, especially, for reasons of hygiene, in the case of equipment that comes into contact with food.
The following goods should also not be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Emcur Nasal Sprays
- Emcur Nasal Douche where the packaging has been opened
- Enema/Douche equipment
- Products with opened safety seals like Wheatgrass Powder and Herbs
1. Please return the goods within 14 working days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed with Wholistic Research Co) un-used and in original packaging with all manufacturer’s instruction manuals and paperwork. Distance selling regulations say that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop, for example you might be allowed to switch on a juicer to listen to it, but you would not normally be allowed to make juice in it.
2. Please include your name, address, invoice number (or a copy of your invoice) and the reason you are returning the item - e.g. changed mind, damaged (see above), faulty, to swap with another product, etc.
3. Goods must be packed in a strong outer container, held securely in place with sufficient internal packaging (like bubble-wrap or crumpled up sheets of newspaper) to ensure that no damage can occur in transit if the parcel is dropped heavily. Note: make sure the plug on any electrical item is packed in sufficient wrapping so that it cannot be bent, or scratch, dent or break the equipment in transit. Power leads should be tied up and heavy equipment should not be allowed to rest on the cord or be allowed to cause damage to the lead in transit.
4. Please note that postage and packaging is not refundable other than through a Wholistic Research Company error. In this case, Wholistic Research Company will refund the value of the cheapest return carriage cost – which is usually

For parcels up to 30kg we recommend getting a quote from www.parcel2go.com who can usually collect a parcel from you and deliver it to us for around £4.00 to £8.00 (mainland UK addresses)
For very high value items you may want to include additional insurance through your carrier. However, from our decades of experience, it is extremely rare that parcels get lost in transit. 5. If it is more convenient for you, Wholistic can arrange for a courier to collect your parcel for £19.95, which includes compensation of up to £100 and next day delivery. Someone will have to be available at the collection address all day as we cannot choose a collection time. Phone our office to arrange a collection.
Faulty goods
1. If you believe your goods may be faulty please telephone us to discuss this with one of our staff members before returning the goods. Experience has shown us that we are often able to advise and resolve problems you may experience over the telephone, thereby saving you the trouble of repacking and returning an item unnecessarily. If we cannot resolve the problem over the telephone then we will agree to a return. Please package goods as per 3 above.
2. Authorised returns of faulty goods should be accompanied by your name, address, invoice number (or copy of invoice) and a letter explaining fully the reasons you think the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty they will be repaired, replaced or refunded. If the goods are found to not be faulty then we will have to charge for the time spent testing the equipment and also for any collection charge and/or return delivery charges at our standard delivery rates.
