Judy Hammond, B.Ed, ANATD, MSTAT, completed her training as a teacher of Alexander Technique in 1986. She has busy private practices in London and Hertfordshire, and teaches groups all over the UK, in Greece and Italy. She has extensive experience of working with children, performance artists, medical personnel and people with disabilities as well as with the general public.
Judy has also made a lifelong study of both eastern and western forms of movement and dance including ballet, contemporary dance, traditional Egyptian dance, Pilates, yoga, t'ai chi and chi gong.
Judy teaches practice and analysis of movement at the University of Luton and is visiting lecturer in Alexander Technique at the University of Westminster.
