Eat the foods your blood needs: help combat stress, heart disease, and even cancer
Most diets work on the false premise that one regime suits everyone. Now a diet has been developed which caters for the individual. This progamme comes in four flavours - A, B, O and AB based on blood types. By knowing and working with your blood group, you could find it easier to lose weight, avoid chronic disease, enjoy longevity, improve your physical vitality and boost your emotional strength.
1. Discover how linking your blood group to the foods you eat can improve your life. Understand its impact on your health and weight. There is a chemical reaction between your blood and the foods you eat - this process makes up your individual personal chemistry. Your individual blood type determines the way you absorb nutrients, how you interact with food, handle stress, and exercise most efficiently. Each blood group holds the blueprint of how you evolved - knowing how to use that information is the basis of good health.
2. Make the diet work for you - discover your blood type to maximise your health. If you don't have a record of your blood type, ask your doctor or give blood. Most GP's surgeries will do the test for you, but may charge a fee of up to £30.00 Health supplement companies also offer blood testing - Higher Nature offer a mail order service for £6.00 (phone 01435 882 880 for more information).
3. Start improving your health right away - follow the specific diet plan revealed below. Note that all blood types can have foods from the various groups outlined below, but there are specific foods within each group better suited to your individual needs.
