Health Tip : Preventing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
If you spend a lot of time in front of the computer, you should try to rest and stretch for a few minutes every hour. Set a timer so you won't forget. Also, keep in mind that since all your muscles are interconnected, you'll do more good if you actually get out of your chair and move around. Try these simple moves when taking a break: - Tilt your head slowly to the right and to the left, and then roll your shoulders twice forward and twice back. - Squeeze your hands into a tight fist and then stretch your fingers out as far as they will go. Make a fist again and rotate each wrist a few times in each direction.
