Health Strategies have to do with making the best choices and can involve all areas and aspects of life. Some of the areas that apply most often are mentioned below. Interest in Health Strategies can follow from successful treatment, from successful weight management, from breaking free of destructive lifestyles, and/or from the genuine desire to get the best value from our body, our mind and our time and to be able to contribute fully to life. Health Strategies are not for high achievers or for those looking for quick fixes for their symptoms, or for their addictions or for their particular shade of the human condition. Health strategies can involve treatment, homework, personal development, study and education. Health Strategies are an adventure in Life. There are no time limits or predetermined paths to follow. Everyone sets their own rate of progress and identifies their own needs. The object is to enable you to become your own wellness coach with whatever knowledge you need. You may need a resource person. You probably have your support team in place already but may not recognise them yet.
First Group of Basic Factors(3months to 3 years):
removal of acute stress factors that block biological vitality
treatment, if needed, for debilitating symptoms
accurate history and biography (anamnesis)
Identification of personal nutritional needs, of good and bad habits in daily life, and of internal and external factors that reduce personal effectiveness
Second Group of Intermediate Factors(6months to 4 years):
monitoring of immune and endocrine systems,biological vitality and energy responsiveness
removal of longstanding toxicities, intolerances and infections
identification of constitutional strengths and weaknesses
personal strategies for diet, exercise, rest, reduction of personal stress factors and vulnerabilities, regenerative and health-building lifestyles. Biochemical fine-tuning
enhanced awareness of bodily, mental and emotional processes, and of long-range consequences of daily life habits
identification of the most effective personal treatment modalities and of the timing of preventive and health maintenance treatment measures
commitment to constant improvement
Third Group (of longterm meaningful factors):
personal and/or family wellness goals
the power of prevention and regeneration
personal quest(s)
development of talents and new skills
life extension and increased vitality
time planning and right livelihood
getting off the treadmill, planning the getaway
