Conditions contributing to Overload

Stress (Emotional, Psychological, Mental, etc)
Allergies
Drugs
Chemical Toxicity (pesticides, petrochemicals, dyes, solvents, food preservatives, food colourings, flavour enhancers, etc)
Geopathic Stress
Mercury, Cadmium, Lead and other Heavy Metal Toxicities
Hidden Infections
Endocrine Disorders
Electromagnetic Fields
Fatigue
Focal Blocks and disturbances in energy pathways, caused by cysts, stones, abscesses, tooth fillings, root canal fillings, poor dental work,
Nutritional Deficiencies
Radioactivity
Alcohol
Oxidative Stress
Toxic Residues From the past : these include
vaccination stresses
unresolved previous infections (viral fragments, toxic metabolites)

All of these stress factors contribute to Total Body Load. EventuallyTotal Body Load reaches the threshold of the maximum that the body can cope with. This is when symptoms start to get serious. A reduction in any of the current Stress Factors will keep the Total Body Load below this threshold, and prevent the worst symptoms. This can still mean living with a great deal of stress but only Coping, which is a long way from thriving. Commonsense Lifestyle Choices will prevent many overload possibilities from getting started. Working with a good health professional, especially one who can analyse your situation, will enable you to reduce, resolve and eliminate many of the really "sticky" stress factors.

Allergies are seldom a cause of other health problems but they can exert a big stress on the body when there is a true allergic reaction happening. Allergies are a consequence of other stress factors.
