Generally, people feel worse in the early days of lifestyle changes such as changing their nutrition and daily habits, or fasting, or working with remedies to promote their eliminative functions, and/or remedies to promote the release of old toxic residues. Feeling worse may include mild symptoms such as headaches, pains and muscular aches. There are three main reasons for this: the release of toxicity which then circulates and makes for headaches, rashes, heavy feelings and tiredness; the withdrawal effects from noxious substances, and the elimination of hidden allergies.
There are many possible transient symptoms of this extra burden and they are individual, based on the particular toxins that have been acquired up to this point in life and which may be stirred up by the changes that are able to happen following the lifestyle choices . Dedication to a nutritional program and/or a programme of drainage remedies or cupping, or acupuncture energy detox, or MRT will help to overcome this initial, unpleasant stage, and improvements can usually be achieved easily.
Without immediate results, it is often difficult to keep focused, but perseverance and endurance in the face of nothingness for a few days or weeks, can make the difference between sub-optimum and optimum health. It can often be quite like the benefits that follow from "letting go" of any excess baggage, whether it is tidying up one's room, getting rid of "stuff" that has been clogging everything up but you never realized it until you got rid of it, completing the to-do list at last, telling a troublesome person something that you have not been able to say for years, or stepping forward and taking a position rather than fence-sitting for a few more years.
When I can find my J.G.Bennett notes on the benefits of letting go I will be able to complete this.
